Checking these files via a browser should show an login screen, after login depending on the browser displays either the XML or a 600 Invalid Request. IE 8+ will show a button to “Show all content” at the bottom of the window. I don”t see that in Chrome or FireFox.

Get the whole story on Outlook 2007 at Microsoft KB 940881 Test your Exchange Configuration at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com a Microsoft site.

Starting a few years back Outlook began supporting a method to automatically configure itself for an exchange server with an email address and password as the only data elements needed to complete the task. Most mobile devices now support this autodiscover system.

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[23,5
11,10
post-194","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-softpro-2","category-using-computers","tag-email","tag-network","entry
["GET
