{"id":292,"date":"2013-01-18T23:13:05","date_gmt":"2013-01-19T04:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/danvanfleet.com\/?p=292"},"modified":"2016-09-30T13:24:31","modified_gmt":"2016-09-30T18:24:31","slug":"softpro-calendar-options","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danvanfleet.com\/index.php\/softpro-calendar-options\/","title":{"rendered":"SoftPro Calendar options"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There are a few options for the <a href=\"http:\/\/SoftProCorp.com\" target=\"_blank\">SoftPro<\/a> ProForm user to use a calendar.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/SoftProCorp.com\" target=\"_blank\">SoftPro<\/a> has 2 methods of which the 360 send to Exchange method looks like the best.\u00a0 As far as I can tell it nicely sends closing information to a shared Exchange calendar for wide consumption.\u00a0 There is also a different calendaring package built into the program.\u00a0 Both of these solutions required too many clicks for my clients so ProCal was born. \u00a0ProCal has been replaced with the Calendar Robot\u00a0an even better tool which sends updates to Exchange.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image13.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px 10px; display: inline; border: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image_thumb13.png?resize=244%2C174\" alt=\"image\" width=\"244\" height=\"174\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>ProCal picks up it&#8217;s information from the ProForm report database, as soon as you run it, closings appear.\u00a0 Change the date and time in ProForm and ProCal will refresh with the new settings.\u00a0 Add signings or other scheduled items with ease. Look at a day or two, a week or even an entire month, ProCal will adjust itself to fit.<\/p>\n<p>Appointment colors are super charged.\u00a0 They change based on\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image14.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 0px 10px; display: inline; border: 0px;\" title=\"Order Info Tab\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image_thumb14.png?resize=244%2C139\" alt=\"Order Info Tab\" width=\"244\" height=\"139\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>information in key fields which you setup. You can highlight an Agent, or Lender so everyone knows to watch out for this\u00a0 deal.\u00a0 Add a graphic for Lenders or Closers and the calendar starts to become the place to look.\u00a0 Double click a scheduled item to open it in ProForm.\u00a0 You can even send boilerplate e-mail to file contacts if you&#8217;d like<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image15.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 0px 10px; display: inline; border: 0px;\" title=\"Order Tracking Tab\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/image_thumb15.png?resize=244%2C135\" alt=\"Order Tracking Tab\" width=\"244\" height=\"135\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Display only files with a particular Status, or with a group of Status&#8217;s.
