(Standard or Enterprise)&nbsp; The Default template can be used to fill out those new items on new files, but what do you do with the files in the pipeline.&nbsp; After proper priming, <a href=\"http:\/\/SoftProCorp.com\" target=\"_blank\">SoftPro<\/a> defined <strong>Prompts<\/strong> can be filled out from a <strong>.PXT <\/strong>overlay file.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s take this <strong>Prompts Dialog<\/strong> box:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/clip_image0011.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image001\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image001\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/clip_image001_thumb1.png?resize=427%2C240\" width=\"427\" height=\"240\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>It has 12 values that must be filled in. To get them there first create a PXT overlay file with the values you need <\/p>\n<p>_SP0078=1.00<br \/>_SP0074=5000.00<br \/>_SP0113=25000.00<br \/>And so on. <\/p>\n<p>Next in <a href=\"http:\/\/SoftProCorp.com\" target=\"_blank\">SoftPro<\/a> ProForm, preview the document, by double clicking on it in the ReadyDocs Tree <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/clip_image0021.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"clip_image002\" border=\"0\" alt=\"clip_image002\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/danvanfleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/clip_image002_thumb1.png?resize=524%2C55\" width=\"524\" height=\"55\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>No need to enter any information, the document is making the place in the file for the values to be stored.
