{"id":764,"date":"2013-11-27T15:40:36","date_gmt":"2013-11-27T20:40:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/danvanfleet.com\/?p=764"},"modified":"2013-11-27T15:42:36","modified_gmt":"2013-11-27T20:42:36","slug":"closing-disclosure-final-rule-examination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danvanfleet.com\/index.php\/closing-disclosure-final-rule-examination\/","title":{"rendered":"Closing Disclosure Final Rule Examination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I created a tool that is in it&#8217;s infancy, really an alpha release, but it&#8217;s cool and it may help you review this important information in a new cool way.\u00a0 I took the final rule and parsed it into a linkable database, then hooked that up to an image of the closing disclosure.\u00a0 So in the browser, a hot spotted <a href=\"http:\/\/SoftProAgent.com\/ClosingDisclosure\" target=\"_blank\">Closing Disclosure<\/a> renders with each section or line of the Closing Disclosure hyperlinked to the text of the final rule Section 1026.38 when it is clicked upon.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>With luck, if people seem to like this initial tool, I would like to add features, like<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Section&#8221; linking, so when the text refers to another section, you can click through to it.
