Odd Mail Loop

A customer support email box, hosted on Exchange was filling up with messages.  A couple a minute for the past 4 days. We have a few Time Warner Road Runner mailboxes setup to forward from one to another, then eventually to an Exchange server.  The Scan mailbox forwards to Support, which forwards to the external Exchange support address.  The Exchange support mailbox was receiving Delivery Status Notification Failure messages and Undeliverable Attached Image messages a few times a minute. For the past 4 days.

ProForm Crystal Report, Print if No Tracking item

Today I needed a digression to give my brain a rest.  So I went looking for a decent blog post, and ran across this note, from something I was doing in March 2011.  The question that needs answered is how do I print only files that don’t have a specific tracking item.

SoftPro Calendar options

There are a few options for the SoftPro ProForm user to use a calendar.  SoftPro has 2 methods of which the 360 send to Exchange method looks like the best.  As far as I can tell it nicely sends closing information to a shared Exchange calendar for wide consumption.  There is also a different calendaring package built into the program.  Both of these solutions required too many clicks for my clients so ProCal was born.  ProCal has been replaced with the Calendar Robot an even better tool which sends updates to Exchange.
