Classic 15 Calendar Robot

imageThe concept of the Closing Calendar or the Book has fascinated me since I was first shown a real “Book” in the early 1990’s.  I’ve created calendar tools for ProForm clients ever since. At this point, most companies have adopted some sort of electronic shared calendar, those who have experienced our fully automated solutions save money on every closing.

The ProForm Calendar Robot is an automatic tool that maintains a closing calendar by watching the ProForm database.  The ProForm user does nothing other than set the Settlement Date and Time in ProForm.  When the changes are saved, the Robot quickly notices and updates a shared calendar.

It’s IronPython time, looping up the world in Select

imageI’ve played a bit with IronPython, tonight I decided to dive in a little bit more. Previously I wrote about some tools I built to deal with a couple multiples, like Lots or ParcelID. We created a single line call that returns a properly formatted string dealing with singles or multiple entries. It is called on a line like this:

ReProRemit Database Tool for eProRemit SoftPro ProForm Users

What do you do when you need to resend items to your underwriter when using the SoftPro ProForm tool eProRemit? Do you create the file manually in Excel? Manual no more, ReProRemit takes a comma delimited list of ProForm Files, resetting the system so eProRemit will pickup the files and create the transmission file for the records you need.

Distance to Partners Add on for SoftPro ProForm

image When you are selecting partners, sometimes it’s nice to know their location in relation to the property location.  ProUtil ZipDistance is the tool for the job. It displays a sorted lookup table of vendors by approximate air miles to that vendor.  Double clicking on a vendor brings up a Browser window with live directions from the vendor to the property.

PDF ReadyDocs, Super fast Document Creation in ProForm Classic

It is designed to allow a Title Agency using ProForm Standard or Enterprise to quickly and easily create PDF documents from their system.
