Lately I've used a few of these Brother MFC-8910DW Printers in the home office and small branch office use.  Printing speed is 42 Page per minute, automatic duplex is available to save paper.  Scan to email, and fax round out the features that most of  my clients are looking for.

Of course the machine has Scan to folder, FTP or USB.  iOS devices hook right up with Air Print.

Scan legal documents directly from the glass, of course the feeder will deal with legal sized documents also. Connectivity is wide, Ethernet, Wireless b/g/n, USB 2.0, Wifi Print, Air Print.  It even comes with a full 3000 page toner cartridge.  BTW that's 3000 pages at 5% toner coverage, the amount a standard business letter takes.  Add a logo, pictures, background splatter, can really eat toner quickly.
