SoftPro Live has been around for a bit of time now. Early last year I did some research to determine who I could find that was running an active SoftPro Live site, I located 37 unique sites running on the Custom platform. This is not a complete list, it is possible to hide this service from search engines, and there's no reasonable method to find people not on the customized platform, so this list is just taking a temperature. The 2014 SoftPro Users Conference has come and gone. It was an exciting event with SoftPro Select and the combination of 360 with SoftPro Live taking the main stage. The Select feature set is growing with superb elements, global rules, unheard of automations, and a soon to be a 100% coverage API allowing developers to fully integrate with Select. It is faster, cleaner and more secure. The current API is robust covering over 90% of the system
With the emphasis in protecting NPI (Non-Public Personal Information). I've been hearing a lot about secure document and information delivery. So naturally SoftPro Live has been a focus of conversation. The initial price isn't too bad (Call SP). Determining ongoing costs became the most questioned item. So what started in Excel, visited Google docs, then finally ended up a webpage on SoftProAgent to calculate the ongoing costs of using SoftPro Live in your agency.
