Mike DeWine, Attorney General of Ohio released an opinion prohibiting fees charged by counties for the viewing of online public records. It says, if a county auditor makes a public record available for inspection, they may not charge a fee to make them available on a county website.
Closing Disclosure Final Rule Examination
I created a tool that is in it's infancy, really an alpha release, but it's cool and it may help you review this important information in a new cool way. I took the final rule and parsed it into a linkable database, then hooked that up to an image of the closing disclosure. So in the browser, a hot spotted Closing Disclosure renders with each section or line of the Closing Disclosure hyperlinked to the text of the final rule Section 1026.38 when it is clicked upon.

It's OUT! The Final CFPB Disclosure has been released. Implementation deadline is August 1, 2015. That is a reasonable amount of time, so sit back, relax and read the 1888 pages. The Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate are also there.
CryptoLocker Worst Virus to date
Today a law firm client called and mentioned they could no longer access Word Document, PDF Files and other network data. After chatting a bit they mentioned that a user saw a window called Crypto Locker which asked for money to restore access on the files.
3CX IP Phone Systems is the winner

I've hung up most of my cabling tools but still play with phones from time to time. When you are selecting partners, sometimes it's nice to know their location in relation to the property location. ProUtil ZipDistance is the tool for the job. It displays a sorted lookup table of vendors by approximate air miles to that vendor. Double clicking on a vendor brings up a Browser window with live directions from the vendor to the property.
