SoftPro ProForm contains a series of Keyboard shortcuts to make using the application faster and easier.  Some of them are normal Windows shortcuts, others do very specific ProForm functions.

 

F1	Windows Standard Help
F2	Erase contents of field
F4	Drop Down list with keyboard, like Settlement Status
F6	Display GoTo Dialog
F7	Almost Windows Standard – Spell Check
F8	SoftPro Calculator, Quick simple calculator
F9	Display Lookup Table
<Ctrl>S	Saves current File
<Ctrl>A	in a multiline box enters Current Date, Time and login name.  Useful for Notes fields!
<Ctrl>D	Insert Current Date
<Ctrl>G	Display GoTo Dialog
<Cltr>L	Display Lookup Table
<Ctrl>C	Windows Standard Copy selection to Clipboard
<Ctrl>V	Windows Standard Paste from Clipboard
<Ctrl>X	Windows Standard Cut to Clipboard. Deletes text and places it in the clipboard
Tab	Windows Standard Moves to next field
Enter	Moves to next field
Shift Tab	Windows Standard Moves to previous field
Home	Moves cursor to beginning of current field
End	Moves cursor to end of current field
Page Down	Go to next screen
Page Up	Go to previous screen
Alt +###	Windows Standard, Pressing and holding alt followed by a number on the number pad will enter special ASCII codes. Alt + 0176 – ° Degree Symbol Alt + 0169 – © Copyright Symbol Alt + 0174 – ® Registered Trademark Alt + 0188 – ¼ One Quarter Alt + 0189 – ½ One Half Alt + 0190 – ¾ Three Quarters
